I did talk with my installer & they are trying to fix the problem.
Yes the humidity level in my house is too high. I would like the humidity level to be lower. I have no leaks which would cause it to be high.
This new unit should not be no different than the old unit (Janitrol) other than the actual size its self.
Grasshopper: yes I have to set the A/C unit at 70 to get the humidity down. I understand about having to much tonnage - but its the same as before & I didnt have that problem then.
My installer has ordered an ?Orpheus? Im not sure what that will help - but they offered to try that.
