I have a Hampton Bay fan that's just over two years old. the remote went out. I went to the store and waited 45 minutes for a salesperson and then the lighting manager to get me a phone number to call. I called that number--but they said that they don't handle delivery of repair parts. Who has the manual anymore or can find it? Who needs to in this day of finding companies on the web?
