I just bought a new house, and I am planning the lower level. I have a concrete floor which I was first planning on putting a sub-floor over, but I heard somewhere that there is actually a certain type of carpet underlay that provides both comfort as well as a good floor insulation to help eliminate the cold feeling on the feet. Are you aware of this underlay? If so, what is it? And where can I get it?
