About one month ago, I came home to find my Hampton Bay fan was on.
The name of the fan is Bali and the model# is 754332, with remote control.
The fan would not turn off no matter what I did.
I finally shut off the power at the breaker box in the basement.
I took apart the remote control and cleaned off the control pcb with compressed air. I also did the same with the push buttons.
I have not had any problem since, but now I have fan noise, that irritating hum you get when the fan is turned on.
I tried to look for a website from Hampton Bay, but I did not find one. I guess Home Depot is the exclusive distributor. Those people are about as stupid as I can find.
