painting tile and other smooth surfaces in bathrooms

I use ZINSER PERMA-WHITE Mildew-Proof Bathroom paint. It glides over any surface (read the can)and dries to a scrubbable finish. Wears like iron. I have also tinted it--get a chip you like from any brand and ask the clerk to tint -- this is georgeous paint. I generally only need one coat (walls properly prepped/cleaned, of course).
