How do I get the answer to the question on this subject? I have old carpet on my concrete basement floor that I am trying to remove. The foam is stuck to the floor with glue like the problem above posted by Jim on April 30, 2001. The difference is just that I have concrete to deal with, not hardwood. I have tried scraping with a metal scraper as well in what seems like an endless job. Please help me if you can. Thanks! Sonja
