"Boost" stain on cement

I recently dropped a small can of the nutritional drink "Boost" outside my office on the cement. Unknown to me, it had a tiny hole in the top where I had placed a can opener, then decided not to proceed. It was chocolate and left a stain consisting of several small spatter spots. Also, even after several spring showers, use of bleach and other household items I have hardly caused the stain to go away. Also, it smells...sort of a sour milk smell. I called the Help telephone number listed on the product but the operator could not assist me and seemed reluctant to pass my complaint along to the company's chemists (I can only hope she did). The product is otherwise one I like but dare not use now because of the chance of staining. Any ideas?
