My employer has just bought a 40 year old barn and the roof is asbestos sheets which are 4'x4'. The nails are coming through and there are large cracks in the seems and the peak. The roof is also full of dry mold that when you touch it it comes just like sand. I was wondering if you can give me some advice on if we should paint it and eith what and what should I do about the large cracks. Money is an objecy as there is not much to spend on repairs.
