looking for a particular product

my sig. other used a product coalled top & bond that he got a home depot. now the don't carry it.

it came in (he thinks) in a bag with red plaid on it. it was a very good product.

would you know the manufacturer's name so we can email them and find where in barnford ct he can buy the stuff.
