i tried peel away on my painted concrete porch and it did not work very well. you have to go with the strong stuff methyl cloride especially for the last layer on the concrete itself which will have to be wire brushed while the paste is still wet then power washed off. this may take two or three applications of paint remover. several products (semi paste) like strip x and rock miracle by the gallon will do the job . be careful..... it burns ..wear gloves and goggles
