Check to see that the drain tube from the plenum (sheet metal above furnace where the air conditioners A coil is put in) is actually draining water into your floor drain when the air is on and dehumidifying. If not, you could have a puddle in the furnace interior.

Many times what happens is a paper tag on a component interior to the plenum deteriorates in the water and clogs the outlet tube. Check this.
