I want to stain a hardwood floor that is brownish in color. It was installed in 1976 and I would like to make it more modern. I am thinking almost ebonized or dark chocolate (very dark). I seem to see a lot of darker floors in Magazines such as Metropolitan Home, but I haven't found a stain at the standard stores (Home Depot) that dark and rich.
