I just purchase my house June, 6, 2003 I have noticed that I have a mildew problem the is approx 47, years of age. I check all the walls in the house and I can not find out where the water might be coming in. I mildew is only in certain spots in the family room. I understand that their is a layer of wood floors, some type of tile over the wood then their is carpet. I want to replace the floor with cermic title but I do not want to do anything until I found out where the water is coming from if any.
