I have a 28 x 52 double wide that seems to be coming apart at the seams...I have about a 1 inch gap in the walls where the two halves come together allowing air in (hot/cold)i believe by the pulling in the ceiling tiles and trim it's only one half that's unlevel due to wash out under the trailer (that has now been corrected)the trailer is also surrounded by a brick skirting that is not attached to the trailer itself..the gaps are filled with calking...what are the best tools for a "do it yourselfer"? thanks for any info you might be able to provide...
