Clear glass can have a greenhouse effect, holding heat in the area between the entry and storm door. On the other hand, the glass could be coated with thermal or reflective film, or protected by an awning or overhang to minimize that. The objective of a storm door is to slow heat transfer from inside to out in winter and outside to inside in summer. As long as direct solar gain is minimized, the door should function just fine. If anything, the stormdoor would be protective of the entry door and improve efficiency.
These concerns only need to be dealt with if the door received direct sustained sunlight, but, thats kind what k smith said. I don't see where humitity enters into this, except to say, you can have it. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
