Kay,
You may have saved me the effort and 'down the road' expense of replacing the patio door in 5 yrs. I'm saying thank you with the following inforamtion found on their web site, http://www.americancraftsmanwin.com/warranty.cfm

I think thay have a sneaky clause built into their warranty ... "The very gradual, natural migration of inert gas infills used in insulated glass units."
