My husband and I bought some land that is mostly wooded. We want to build near the middle of the property so that we can be secluded. In the spot where we've started to clear, there are several basketball-size rocks on the ground. This might be a dumb question but could that mean that the soil beneath is also very rocky and if so, would there be a problem building there? I know nothing at all about construction so I have no idea if rocky soil would be a problem during bulldozing, etc,...
