The porch corner is sagging and has even pulled the porch top away from the house itself a little. It looks like I can repair that bad lower corner (porch floor, support beam). (I may not even need to replace the brick supports -I figured I'd ask since it's unusual to have a 'pit' beneath the front porch, where frost effects may get down deeper than if it were filled in.) Once the corner is fixed, I'd like to see about somehow pulling/pushing that one end of porch back a few inches tighter to meet the house; I may try gradually tightening a large L-brace into the house studs.
