We bought a house in 2000 that had an oil leak in the basement prior to the purchase. Since we've been living here, we notice an oil smell on EVERYTHING. Our clothes smell when we leave the house. The furniture smells. Nothing seems to get rid of it. Air fresheners just cover up the smell. Please help...How do you get rid of this awful smell?
