the right caulk

I have recaulked hundreds of tubs and the first thing to make sure is that you use the proper caulk. I have always used GE2 silicone bathroom caulk and have never had a problem with it drying in 8 hours. Secondly you should make sure tha the area is completely dry or the caulk will not adhere to the surface.
