Thanks Jay J and Ron for your helpful suggestions. I guess we'll just have to see if the area perks. So far, the people who have bought the land surrounding ours haven't had any problems with water, but I'm not sure if the particular areas on their properties had rocks lying everywhere like ours does. I doubt if we could afford to dynamite if it came to something like that. Anyway, thanks again for replying!
