Wire ceiling fan

I have a ceiling fan that I removed myself from one room and need to put in another room. Before removing I should have sketched to show how it was wired but I didn’t. The fan has lights, 3 speed and remote control with it. It has a box that has blue, black and white wires on one side and on the other side red and white. On the light itself it has blue, black and white wire coming out the top.
Also, the casing in the ceiling doesn’t seem very tight. Is there a way to tighten it?
Can anyone help?
