rptten wood undre window

A man wants me to do this job but he doesn't want me to do it right, let me explain: This man's bathroom wall is wet due to the window sill board rottening, behind this pannelling is drywall which is wet or rotten, and I do believe he has insulation, I am afraid all of this is molded, or have mildew, he doesn't want to remove it, just cover it up. Is this a bad judgement call, and should I put my company through this, even though he wants to take full responsibility? Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
