The room is approx. 220 sq. ft with 12 ft. ceilings. I have noticed the air does not blow very well in the bedroom. We keep the ceiling fan on 24/7. The duct openings, do you mean the size of the register or the actual width of the duct. The duct width is probably approx. 12". The registers are pretty standard size approx. 7x11.
