I also have a bathroom with pink tiles (and blue) and I want to get rid of these so badly that I will try anything. Have you gotten a response to your plea? If you have any idea what can be done, short of tearing them off of the wall, please help. I have heard that epoxy paint is what has to be used but I also heard that you have to sand the surface of the tiles. I am just afraid that being a small bathroom and the ventilation is not that great the paint will peel.
