jen, you had a drip or run that added film thinkness to the paint. Now you have interference between the paint glob and the wood of the door. Extra drying will probably not have solved the problem. With a sanding block and coarse sandpaper, sand off just the drip or glob on the frame or door or both and spot paint the sanded area so you have the minimum paint required for color coverage. Sometimes some paste wax applied and wiped off just in the angled area between the jamb and stop molding may help future problems and sticking, sometimes not.
