Did the screw come all the way through or did it just start to come through? If it it just started to come through the surface. Provided you you did not disturb it to much, you should be able to tap it down with a hammer. If you broke through the surface you might be able to find a colored matched caulk or nail polish to try to camoflage the spot. No permanent fix here.
