Hole in the wall

well funny story i accident put a 4in by 3in hole in my hallway hall, i spackled it up to it wasnt noticeable for awhile but then i messed it up badly so its noticeable, how can i fix it very quickly so someone doesnt find out

p.s how do i take off the spackle too
