I am presently finishing my basement and I am at a loss as to what to do with the lighting. I want recessed lights, but am not sure whether to use hallogen lights or not. Do the hallogen lights throw off enough light, do I need to use more lights to get the same amount of light in the basement than if I used normal recessed lights?
