We have recently remodeled a 90-95-year old farm house in East Texas. The house was built on pier & beam foundation; originally there was no skirting around the foundation. We filled in the foundation with brick using ventallation vents every 8' around the perimeter of the foundation. Since remodelling a year ago, we now have considerable moisture under the house and some mold. As a result, our wood floors are warping. What is the best way to vent a pier & beam foundation? Your prompt reply would be most helpful. Thank you.
