My advice - don't even order from this company. Most orders do not get filled within the specified time. Neal Martin will string you along, buying time. I have to admit, Neal is very good in the BS department. By the time the consumer cancels the order, the time for credit card protection is gone. Just because you paid with the credit card, it doesn't guarantee that you will get your money back. Just ask one the many people on this board and other boards.
