missing part

I purchased a Power Washer model HD1600 on 10/30/02 from Home Depot and havent used it until
today when I pulled it out to wash my car.I found that the wand with variable nozzle head is missing
the part that control the Low and High pressure is missing the gadget that change from low to high.How I go about getting just the head or the part that control the pressure.It looks that this unit was returned back to Home Depot.
Please advise
