Call Armstrong customer service #800 233 3823.
Thay gave me some suggestions:
1st try Armstrong 1-n-done floor cleaner with a nylon pad.
2nd try Armstrony new beginings.
3rd try clear bleach with a white cloth and cover with a large bowel to prevent the bleach from drying out. Apply no more than twice an hour or 4 times a day.
