My house is only 3 years old with 3 bathrooms in different locations thay allways have often required two or more flushes to clear after use.

Will someone respond that have toilets that flush with only 1.6 gallons (e.g. every home built in the U.S. since 1998) and have simular problems?

Is there a fix??
