Puzzling over these simplest of devices has shown me how little I actually know. Didn't we used to get by with a pit under a shack with a cresent moon door? Talk about putting a damper on a patio party. That vent problem could present interesting nose with the wine tasting event. You don't suppose that vent requirement has anything to do with Wisconsin Bratwurst & beans do you?
