if the first 3 digits of the model # are 106. it is made by whirlpool and the most likely cause is a faulty module...or it could be the bi-metal not opening. you can easily remove the module by removing the 3 screws in the front of the I.M. inspect contacts for any pitting or burning...check the two prongs of the bimetal for continuity. If the temp of the bimetal is below 15 deg the bimetal should be closed. the bimetal monitors the temp of the water in the mold.. let me know what the model # of ref is and I can tell you for sure what I.M. you have...
