It's only in the kitchen

I live in a small community in the country. The city has a waterwell and we have water meters at the street that we can cut the water off at. Yesterday my neichbor, who is disabled, was in my yard on his riding lawnmower checking to see if my figs were ripened. My water faucet was real low on the ground and had grass grown around it where I hadn't cut close to it. He backed over it, got the lawnmower stuck and when he tried to pull forward, he tore the waterfaucet and 6 inch pipe out of the ground. I had to cut the water off twice to get the faucet fixed. It was after that that I was in the kitchen and the water got brown and then reduced pressure. My house is off the ground. The water pipes turn and go under the kitchen before it goes to the water faucet outside. It only affected the kitchen, the rest of the house is ok.
