Hi, I'm trying to remove a wallpaper border. Strange happening...the pattern came off just fine but it appeared to be two layers. The undercoating just STUCK to the wall. I'd like to know what to use to get rid of that second stubborn layer. Can you tell me how to remove it without using a steamer. What kind of commercial products are on the market to do that kind of work?
