I went to flush my toilet and it would not flush. There was no water in the tank that fills after flushing and no running water to my toilet. When I go to flush nothing happens because there is no water. It has a bad smell also coming from the tank. The bowl is clear though. Water is running in my other bathroom and kitchen area. what's the problem. I'm a fix-it-yourself mom; What can I do to solve this problem.
