Anyone ever see this and have an idea. Plaster walls in old house/smooth/ are microfracturing. These small cracks show up through the paint. So... in living/dining room I sanded old paint, washed with cleaning chemical(name escapes me) primed with quality primer, finish coat two coats with good quality latex. One year later small micro cracks are appearing on walls/ceiling, interior/room dividing walls as well. What gives??? Any ideas. Is the plaster drying out??? Basement was a bit damp when I moved in, now run a dehumidifier down in basement. Is this having an effect on upper floors??? Help!!!
