After one recent heavy rain, noticed some water on the northwest side of basement floor. It appears to be at the seam where the poured concrete walls meet the floor.
It has rained in the past and has not been a problem.
Is it possible that because of large amount of rainfall in the past 10 days are a contributing factor?
The ground can't handle all the water and the only escape is thru cracks in floor.
Any suggestions on how to close/seal cracks?
Which is better concrete repair kit or liquid floor filler? I would think concrete repair would be better.
