roof leak - pipe cutout

After heavy rain, noticed water damage on bedroom ceiling. Researched problem - it appears the OSB cutout for the stink pipe is wider than the pipe.

Is there any way to seal the cutout? Obviously, the sealant would have to be able to support varying temperatures.
