Have had power washer for three months and it is already needing replacement parts. Called the 1-888-550-1606 number and they are sending me the part, the whole surge protector plug. I opened the old one up and I need a soldering iron and a special screw driver to take the old plug off. Used a precision screwdriver to remove cover instead. You probobly won't put this one on your message board. It is a good product when it worked and it had only been used five times.
