My 5 year old remote control garage door opener works fine if you want to close the garage door but I am unable to open it from the outside without trying several times. I recently purchased a new car and have no problem closing the door but it would not open from the outside using the remote. I had the same problem last year and they replaced some box but this is happening again. I have an Access Master and multicade system. If there is any way I can replace something myself I would be willing to try. My son thought there may be a problem withthe receiving antenna wire. I would appreciate any help. Thank You very much.
