You are considering to cheaply designed low cost windows. Why would you spend minimal money and have to re-do the project or have problems down the road. Home Depot, in most states, has Simonton windows. They are a mid range window, not low range like the store brands. They'll have a consultant come to your house and do your measure and price and also show you the window. It comes with a non-prorated double lifetime warranty (EVERYTHING is covered). I love mine. They were a little more expensive, but I've seen worse. I'm doing my home improvements once and only once!
