Greetings Mark,
That has got to be the lamest product I've ever seen!!!!
If you hate toilet germs like I do,You should do what I do, use an adjustable wrench!
It's not perminatly attached and will work on any toilet, (even the round padded kind).
You can take it with you on vacations and business trips, and you don't need one of those pesky converters when traveling overseas.
This is not a place to advertise.
