I am looking at a house to buy.It has a basement.
The person has been extremely nice and was letting me remodel even though the loan has not yet closed.
I removed the carpet in the basement , there were
several places that were wet. She said that suprised her ,since she had not know that there was a water problem. She had it corrected 10 years ago. "ALL DRY".
Anyway, something weid is happening to the floor.
It is being "eaten" up with something, we don't know what. It looks like white snow. We sweep it and it is back the next day and more damage to the basment floor, help.. No one knows what it could be. It is a mistery to everyone, Do you have a clue what it might be?
