I've had a neptune for 5 years now. Today I called to have it serviced again. I told the repair man this was the last time. I'm sick of it. Been through it all. The mold problem, the door lock problem a couple of belts, circut boards, now when it spins it sound like it will leave this planet. I like the way it cleans the clothes & cuts down on dryer time,(when it works) but as far as saving me money on water & electricity,I've spent enough on fixing it that I could have bought a new washer.
