Most glues would work but I like working with 5 Minute Epoxy.
Step 1: get some good Scotch Tape and try taping the laminate down. If you can tape it good and tight then you have it made. Remove the tape.
Step 2: Mix up a small dab of epoxy and work it behind the laminate.
Step 3: Retape as you did before.
Step 4: After about 10 minutes, remove the tape. You should be able to clean up any glue with some Soft Scrub or pick it off carefully with a razor.
