Back in the mid 70's, my parents found a unique way of recycling paper bags. I remember only the basics and wondered if anyone by chance knows the technique. They tore brown paper bags into various shapes, glued them to the floor and then covered it with a poly of some sort. The different grades of paper absorbed the poly and created a most unique floor. Anyone heard of such a thing?
